REFUND POLICY

Because all products sold on CraftFiles.art are digital products delivered electronically, all sales are generally final.

Once a product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered electronically, refunds, returns, and exchanges cannot be provided.

Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  1. The downloaded file is corrupted or cannot be opened.

  2. The product delivered is substantially different from the product description.

  3. A duplicate purchase was made due to a technical error.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Craft Files LLC reserves the right to investigate all refund requests and determine eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

Chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team may result in account suspension and denial of future purchases.
